Return and Refund Policy

General Returns Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the payment date.

Initiating a Return

  1. Submit a return request through our dedicated customer support portal.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
  3. We will review your request and furnish instructions on how to return your product.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you find your IPTV service unsatisfactory, you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellation after 7 days may qualify for a partial refund per the following schedule:

    • Refund requests from 7-14 days: 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
    • Refund requests from 14-30 days: 25% of the purchase price will be refunded.
    • Refund requests after 30 days: No refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

The following types of returns are not eligible for a refund:

  • Returns made after the 7-day return period has expired.
  • Returns for damaged or defective products resulting from customer misuse or abuse.
  • Returns for products that have been modified or altered.
  • Returns for products used for more than 30 days.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
